Fuel Price Adjustment FPA in Electricity Bill is one of the most controversial issues in Pakistan, as recently highlighted by the Lahore High Court. FPA is a common feature in electricity bills; people often pay it by any means necessary. Recently, the Lahore High Court declared FPA illegal and ruled that it should not be included in electricity bills because of not fully constituted under the NEPRA Act.
